I love helping clients identify, explore and change patterns, both in their environment and within themselves, that get in the way of achieving the rewarding relationships and experiences so deeply longed for. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Pursued sex therapy training through the Buehler Institute and highly trained in perinatal mental health. I have spent many years working in emergency room crisis, 24-hr crisis line, educational settings, and community mental health.

When I'm not working you’ll catch me spending quality time with my son and our great dane Gertie, enjoying the outdoors and traveling.
